HERBAL HEALING
In the Summer of 2010, Raíces introduced a new component devoted to herbal healing, sustainability and the natural arts, beginning with a series of lectures by herbalist Angela Lugo.

RAÍCES VISUAL ARTS
Raíces first branched out into the world of visual arts in the Fall of 2010, curating its first exhibit of Orisha Art. The visual arts branch of Raíces seeks to support local artists and painters, providing an opportunity for them to explore and present work on various cultural themes.

RAÍCES CLASSES
Raíces offers classes, lessons, workshops and in-service days in dance, music instruments, singing, music theory, grant-writing and non-profit arts administration. Here are just a few photos from our dance classes from the Fall of 2010.
