Ever wondered about what’s going on in Guatemala from an agro-ecology perspective? Are you interested in learning first hand about Permaculture, organic growing, bio-diversity and a few other gifts that Pachamama has given us freely? Then come out and hear George Heibel speak about his adventures in the land of the Mayans. Listen to George’s experiences, meshing ancestral wisdom with modern agricultural science. George’s interest in landscape architecture is an extension of his college education at the University of California – Berkley, where he studied architecture and his love of travel; these have taken him far and wide to some interesting destinations and discoveries. Don’t miss this outdoor presentation/discussion as you enjoy one of Mother Nature’s stories in George’s words!
