Introduction to Bomba Dance

February 10 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join Raíces Cultural Center to learn the foundations of this Caribbean traditional art form. These open, public classes will introduce the rudiments of bomba dance and explore the cultural significance and history of the genre.
 
This class is intended for adults and for families with older children (14 and up), with the requirement that a guardian must remain present at all times. Registration is limited to 12 participants per session, please sign up early!
 
Grant funding has been provided by the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners Through a grant award from the Middlesex County Cultural and Arts Trust Fund. Made possible by funds from Middlesex County, a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
 
Additional support has been provided by the New Jersey Arts and Culture Renewal Fund at the Princeton Area Community Foundation.
