The 5th Bomba Research Conference hosted by the Puerto Rican Organization for the Performing Arts (PROPA) on August 30 and 31, 2013 in Carolina, San Juan and Arroyo, Puerto Rico. PROPA’s founder and BRC Conference organizer Melanie Maldonado collaborated with Raíces to co-create the data in the archival collection where these photos are preserved.
