NEW PROGRAM: Creative Aging Initiative 2024
Raíces Cultural Center recently launched a new Creative Aging Initiative at the Highland Park Community Center. Our 2024 program includes two weekly Caribbean Drum, Song and Dance Class cycles in the Spring and Fall for adults 55 and up.

Raíces Cultural Center has been awarded an incubation grant from NJ CH to develop a research initiative that examines the role and impact of gender in folkloric expressions and cultural traditions from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the diaspora.
